EUROMIXERS – Manufacture 3- types of units. Batch Mixers, Inline mixers & Inboard mixers.
BATCH RANGE MIXERS - 0.75KW, 3KW,
4 KW, 7.5KW & 15KW. All units can be mounted on hydraulic mobile stands in open top tanks or flanged mounted vertical off centre in enclosed tanks.
IN-LINE MIXERS / HOMOGENISERS we can offer our standard Range from 4KW, 7.5KW & 15KW with 3000 RPM direct drive motors with inboard mechanical seals suitable for CIP. Inlet and outlet sizes and types to suit your existing pipework. Or our aseptic unit suitable for pharmaceutical application. All wetted parts are from 316 stainless steel with single or double mechanical seals.
Inline mixers have good pumping capabilities at low viscosity they can be used as a discharge pump. However should the viscosity increase a positive displacement pump can be positioned inline to assist recirculation or discharge..
INBOARD HIGH SHEAR MIXERS
Range from 4KW,7.5KW & 15 KW Running at 3000/ 1500 RPM. Fitted with inboard mechanical seals lubricated by the product from inside the vessel. All units are suitable for CIP. Flanged mounted to suit most existing vessels
PROCESS APPLICATIONS
BATCH MIXERS:- General mixing, homogenising, partial size reduction, dispersions, emulsions
INLINE :- Used with axial flow impeller mixers you can disperse powders and break up gums and lumpy slurries, manufacture emulsions in line, homogenise. Reduce manufacturing times.
INBOARD MIXERS : Used with axial flow impeller or anchor scraper mixers you can disperse powders and break up gums and lumpy slurries, manufacture emulsion ,homogenise and manufacture creams.
