Euromixers unique range of IBC mixers / agitators with E-400 folding impellers have been designed for use with plastic Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBC’s) with a 150mm screw cap, the E-400 folding impeller fits through a standard 150mm opening on the IBC, the IBC mixer mounts directly onto the IBC’s metal frame to quickly re-suspended product that has settled in transportation or storage.

Euromixers IBC mixers / agitators are
designed for use on 1000 / 800 litre Intermediate Bulk Containers – IBC’s with 150mm screw caps and are suitable for most container types, including Schutz Ecobulk, Sotralentz, Werts, Van Leer
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION.
The IBC mixer / agitator drive is mounted on a lightweight stainless steel bridge that mounts directly on to the IBC frame and is secured in place with quick action toggle clamps.
As standard the IBC mixer / agitator is supplied with an eye bolt for lifting for use with a hoist, or optional fork lift module – for lifting with a fork lift truck
ELECTRIC DRIVE
Gear drives are factory filled with a food quality synthetic lubricant, electric motors are fitted with direct on line starter and overload protection, connection to the unit is with a 16 amp appliance inlet.
A safety switch is integrated into the mixer support bridge and wired to the motor control to prevent the mixer from being started when not mounted on an IBC .
Standard electric motors are
380 - 415 volts 3 ph 50 Hz
240 v or 110volts 1ph 50 Hz
AIR DRIVE
Air motors are supplied fitted with a flow control valve to regulate motor speed and an exhaust muffler.

SHAFT AND IMPELLERS

High speed mixers are fitted with fixed impellers and low speed mixers with E-400 folding impellers
